Good idea. If someone sets up such a server, we'll gladly announce it at
TYPO3.org, but I guess we better don't set up such a thing ourselves.

BTW: The community already tests 4.0rc2 without knowing it really: this
afternoon I upgraded TYPO3.org to use that new version.
