Is skin_grey_2 any official proposal as standard new 4.0 skin. Not in my
opinion. Is skin_grey_2 a good looking skin, who a lot of people will prefer.
Yes. But even with the small flaws of the "official" skin, I will prefer
it before skin_grey_2. And others will to.
And everyone is free to use whatever skin he/her want (even the "classic"
skin"). Even develop new skins. And most of us have the ability to make our
own decisions which skin to use. But TYPO3 should have a modern standard
skin, and I support Kasper and the core team in developing the new "standard"
skin.
Tapio, sorry to say. You are annoying me with your uncritical "marketing"
of the skin_grey_2. Expecially because you have shown that you don't understand
design principles all the way. And also because skin_grey_2 also have it
flaws. It's okay prefering another skin, but you should also understand that
RC1 means feature freeze, and instead of post like this, give feedback who
could making the official TYPO3 skin better.
So please stop this counterproductive behavior. Use your resources to.
1. Develop the skin_grey_ 2 as a alternative
2. Give feedback to how the official TYPO3 skin can be better.

I don't agree. Using a grey color as in TYPO3 skin isn't any problem. It
works well.
And to everyone! Follow Kaspers advice, support Thomas.
