The core list is open for everybody who wants to stay up to date about core
changes. See

A word about Sourceforge: Let's please notice that these problems are some
of the first I've ever encountered. Since the problem seems to affect all
projects, I suppose there will be an improvement quite soon.
After all we should be thankful that there is such a great service like
SourceForge who hosts such a big part of our project without even being
related with it!
However, if the situation will not improve, I'd support such a server move,
depending there will be a team that maintains the server, and there will be
no CVS data (history) loss!
