TS plugin depends on the new version of Jakarta Commons, here: 
http://plugins.jedit.org/plugins/?JakartaCommons

Last thing: "new Typoscript edit mode" depends on Jedit  4.3pre4, which 
will be released (hopefully) quite soon.
