[TYPO3-dev] Extension Manager Hanging in beta3 & CVS

Extension manager maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded

Problem can be solved by increasing php script time limit.
Not a good solution.
I've increased it to 60 (normally 30).
Average use in 4.0 b3 is 38 !!!
