Christopher, I'm not sure if you are interpreting the bulletin in the right 
way! In fact I'm rather sure you don't ...

Only to bring this to an end: In my case (3.8.1 + 1.2.0) I have to upgrade 
to 1.2.1 to close the security hole! This is the reason why there is a new 
1.2.1 since a few hours in the TER.

But never mind, maybe you are right and I am really weired ...
