[TYPO3-dev] how to upload translations from l10n folder

Translation can be put in TER in 2 ways:
1. Become part of translation team an translating on typo3 translation
server (which will be built upon next version)
2. Putting translation into a separate extension and uploading to TER as
extension


You may also send the files to extension creator, but this approach is
usually ignored by extension developer.

(I agree - this is not handy
If anyone knows a better way - let me know)
