[TYPO3-dev] how to upload translations from l10n folder

Hello,

I want to upload the translation files which I have generated from the 
original pi1/locallang.xml file using the Tool ll-XML.

This are the files I have extracted from sr_feuser_register, because it 
had already a size > 800 kByte.
http://story-castle.net/download/l10n.tar.gz

But how can I upload this into TER? Should I also put it somewhere into SVN?

I have already read what I have found:
http://typo3.org/extensions/translators/

But are there other documents I should have read?
