[Typo3-dev] Redirection

Hi,
I have an extension that captures the browser details for every FE login.After  a FE user submits his login details , he is redirected to the Browser detail capture extension from where he is finally redirected to some page in the frontend. Now, since the  execution takes some time in redirecting to the final page, my frontend users might get confused by this delay. Can i have something where i can  display to them a message like ' Please wait while your login is being processed...' as long as the browser detail capturing is in process(i.e the browser capture is in process while users get to see a message) and then automatically redirect them to the final page after the browser processing is complete.
