[Typo3-dev] spell checker service API

Hi!

I've uploaded my spellchecker API on TER together with a demo wizard. The 
wizard doesn't work with HTMLarea though.

The only currently available service uses the ispell (binary),  but I have 
unfinished code for aspell (binary) and pspell (php). Even for the Google 
service I have a draft.

The idea is that you can use any spell checking "library" with a reasonable 
API and you can check all fields or content in the entire TYPO3 
installation. Eg you could create an option for the web>info module that 
does a background check and would report the number of errors in the page 
header and content elements. Or you could hook it into the web>view module 
to to have a "live" spell checking. Or even better have TYPO3 check the 
spelling when displaying the admin panel in FE.
