[Typo3-dev] typolinkCheckRootline problem

Hi!

For some reason I don't understand my current Apache/TYPO3 setup won't work 
with cross-domain links that are genereated by tslib_content.php: 
http://some.domain/?id=123

While I understand that it's my problem that the link does not work as 
expected, I still think that tslib_content.php->typolink() should generate a 
complete URL. For me an added "index.php" is sufficient, but some may feel 
it'd be an opportunity to add a config.typolinkCheckRootlineScript 
configuration (so you can do some special stuff for x-domain links).
