[Typo3-dev] Question regarding the ObjectBrowser-Option "Add key"

Hello!

Can anybody explain me - in short words - what the function

"_Add key_ "plugin.tt_poll.resultObj.50" to Object List (OL)"

does?


It can be found in the Object-Browser when clicking on a cObject.
The Example above for example is

   plugin.tt_poll.resultObj.50 = HTML

When you click it, it gets
   "_Remove key_ "plugin.tt_poll.resultObj.50" from Object List (OL)"

but nothing else changes.


What and where is the magick behind that function? ;)
