Hi dan,

just an idea for simple development with many people.
Anything against a little planning phase with uml tool (I do not mean 
the full set of diagramms, just use-case diagrams and class diagrams).

Especially the Use-Case-Diagrams could help to figure out the Use-Cases 
and the Persons have usage of them.

ArgoUML is a little fine tool for that an opensource.
If many work strongly together such a planning phase should not take 
more than a week and it's graphical (good to understand).

Just my two cents (and I would help therefore, but after the 04.10.)
