[Typo3-dev] (double post) Workflow - again (but this time i've done it)

I've been busy and ill recently. One is better (i'm not ill!).

This is second on my list of things to do so i hope to start soon.

Also, I have heard that some others are working on related TYPO3 
workflow solutions... I'll try urge everyone to publish roughly what 
they're doing.
