[Typo3-dev] New Extension: Paypal API

Hi All,
Possibly time for a little controversy knowing some people's feelings on 
Paypal!!  I have just uploaded an initial version of my Paypal API 
library into the repository so that developers can integrate Paypal 
functions into their extensions easily.  Currently it allows you to 
create paypal buttons and also provides verification functions to use 
with IPN.

Any comments, bugs found,etc will be greatly appreciated.  I'm hoping to 
put together some documentation for it shortly with some code examples 
on how to use it.
