[Typo3-dev] RTE setup tutorial?

well, in a few weeks 3.7 will be out

i agree that the RTE situation in typo3 could be much better

we could ask to fix RTE for that release!
if i only could code such things.. i am available for any kind of help 
(everything but the $$$ that now i don't have :)
