[Typo3-dev] TYPO3-LIVE survey data needed

My idea was to have german and english as an "official" start.
I produce ist in a mixture first, rush it out to all of you as
an alpha, and continue translating.
I than thought, that depending on who logs in in the BE, the 
appropiate language would be choosen, ... So en-admin is the
english admin, de-admin ist the german, en-red is the endlish
writer, de-red is the german.
At this point I am more figthing with TYPO3, EXT, ... than with
langauges, ...
