[Typo3-dev] New extension: Last update

Hi List,

today I've uploaded the first public version of 'Last update'.
Definitely nothing that already would have been done with a few lines of 
TS code. Just an easy to customize EXT for users who dont want to dive 
into TS.

It can be configured via the Constant Editor or Flexforms with priority 
on FF.

Features:
- select specific tables from DB to look after a modified timestamp
- limit functionality to specific pages or choose the whole page tree
- prefix the date output with whatever you like
- choose date format from predifined sets

Install:
- install the EXT as usual and configure it for your own needs

To do:
- documentation
- clean everything up a bit
