There's a separate (very active) newsgroup about the tt_news extension.

So please ask your question there again, but read some other posts of 
that newsgroup first.

Just point your Newsreader, e.g. Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird 
to news://news.netfielders.de, refresh the list of available Newsgroups 
and join the group "typo3.projects.tt-news".
