[Typo3-dev] tt_news Extension and XML output

Make an additional extension with 1 plugin which does xml output of the 
tt_news database table. This is quickest, but you might need some 
selection functionality.

Assuming you just want to "dump" your news to xml, this is only a few 
hours work!
