[Typo3-dev] Installing extension whith SAFE_MODE

Hi,

When i'm trying to install an extension with the manager i've got an error due to SAFE_MODE. 
So i tryed to install manually the extension an i placed all the file in correct folder but but the extension manager don't show it.

Is there a procedure to install manually an extension or a possibility to use the manager with SAFE_MODE?
