Hi,

I'm new to Typo3, and have read through the basic documentation. I've
installed the dummy 3.7.0 zipped version, but when I go to enter the
admin section I get this error.

Warning: fopen(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose
uid is 10651 is not allowed to access
/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/studioemotion.com/httpdocs/typo3/typo3temp/llxml
owned by uid 2526 in
/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/studioemotion.com/httpdocs/typo3/typo3/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php
on line 2020

Warning: fopen(/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/studioemotion.com/httpdocs/typo3/typo3temp/llxml/misc.xml_78c86ce37f.default.iso-8859-1.cache):
failed to open stream: No such file or directory in
/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/studioemotion.com/httpdocs/typo3/typo3/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php
on line 2020
ERROR: File not written to disk! Write permission error in filesystem?

I'm on a shared webserver with a PLESK interface, and have no direct
control over the php configuration (I think - at least I've never done
it before). Can I beat this problem, or won't I be able to use Typo3?

Thanks, Alex Hobbs.
