[TYPO3-announce] FLOW3 1.0.0 alpha 4 has been released

Dear TYPO3 community,

the FLOW3 Core Team is proud to announce the second alpha release of  
FLOW3! Starting with our monthly release rhythm, we are delighted to  
release FLOW3 1.0.0 alpha 4 which above all features a huge speedup  
and quite some fixes.
