Good morning, people.

Finally it seems the thread has ceased, great, so we can work now.

Since Adrian represents the Event Committee in the Association and there has 
been a decision about how to run the registration process - which I have also 
agreed on [although had to be reminded...] - I want to apologize for taking 
so long to admit the less optimal way it was done this year. Eventually we 
now have suggestions for better models and we will pay attension to them next 
year. 

However the Event Committee will not change this years participant list 
despite the debate.
