Well, seriously, I think that this popularity just shows the evidence 
that TYPO3 needs even more events than T3BOARD and TYCON.

No one really want a 400 participants T3BOARD. And not everyone wants to 
  get on the slopes in a T3BOARD... (hi Mathias!)

Still, people wants to get together, meet new people and socialize 
around the project.

T3SPRING BBQ ?
T3CAMPING ?
T3CRUISESHIP ?

Would like to be on a big boat with geeks for a week...
