... maybe we could combine it. According to the data in my PDF it actually 
attracted more austrian people when it was in austria and more swiss when in 
Switzerland. So maybe another country will help naturally. However, I would 
still like to see the quota scheme in effect, not so much for the sake of 
danish people actually since generally we are pretty well integrated in the 
community now (in fact we are well represented if you compare inhabitants of 
germany and denmark).

So what is your suggestion to accomodate the growth of the community in terms 
of the snowboard tour then? If it ends up being 70% the old boys club from 
now on then we should make that a completely private event and re-introduce 
the snowboard tour for all the newbees we otherwise will never get to meet. I 
would like to met new people also! ...Maybe we have a quota for newbees!
