Looking at the table of registrants:
110 signed up before it was closed.
81 made it
29 didn't, hereof:
AU: 6
DE: 12
CH: 2
DK: 3
BE: 1
FR: 2
SL: 3
This yields a german percentage of 41% making it the largest single group as
you say. DK/BE/FR/SL represents 31% of those not making it with the payment
though!

So transfer times constitute an uneven chance then.

It's not the point who is on the list, but how fast people have to run to make
it. Lazy germans make it, lazy danes doesn't. Not an even chance.

Yes, we know. That's the problem also: I thought we were committed to help
TYPO3 grow outside the central european region that obviously doesn't need
birth-help anymore.
