I get your point.
But as it was said before, if we would have done that it would have been
unfair for those who live in different time zones.
So whatever we do, it is unfair.

But we had announcements on the lists, on typo3.org...
So the basic idea is to announce it earlier.

No.
Definitely not.
The tour this year was way too big. We had like how many? 150 people?
I left the tour without knowing the names of at least 2/3 of them, which
I am very sad about.
Basically it boils down to this:
- If you want to attends speeches and get the latest grip on TYPO3
Devlopment - visit T3CON
- If you want to meet developers and nerd over your laptop all day -
visit the T3 Developer Days
- If you want to snowboard or ski for a week - visit the snowboard tour
This is something a lot of people still don't get (this doesn't mean you)
