Hey Kasper,

althought you do not knowme and I was not participating at the Snowboard Trip,
to my mind I should not be that hard for you to prove that this Trip was a private trip.
All the people of the Community who hab been with you in Austria should be able to
prove this for you with a littleletter witch is called in Germany "Eidesstattliche Versicherung".
To my mind this should be enough if some of the Guys you met give you something like that.

On the other hand could anyone read at Typo3.org that this trip is just for fun and Community
of Typo3 and not for Business.

The best way to my mind would also be (like Daniel worte) to get your self an danisch Lawyer,
me I am just law Student in Germany, who is very thnkfull for Typo3 because for me working
as Freelancer it fills my fridge (love eating :-) ).

Perhaps you should ask the people who joined the trip to help you with a statement to prove your
position
for the ensurance.
