[Typo3-t3board03] Authentification Services

Hi

A little off topic here but I mentioned that the presented Authentification 
Services will be updated after the snowboard tour including some bugfixes.

This is done now. Please update ALL already installed auth extensions. Older 
services versions will not work with the new cc_sv_auth extention and vice 
versa (have a look in the changelog of the manual).

The documentation is updated too and cover most important parts of the system 
but still have to be finished (english/general proof reading is very 
welcome).

The described example of the presentation is now available as extension: Magic 
Password (cc_magicpw).
