[Typo3-t3board03] Travel Insurance problems, any suggestions?

Thanks Daniel,

I have already given an account (as written in the first mail) of the
situation which they asked for. So that "damage is done". Anyways, it
would not be credible that I checked "Private / Business" without some
sort of explanation for the mistake.

Since then I have not written anything to them except today where I
asked for copies of the injury-reports I filled in, including the
procedures they are adhering to. And I am waiting for response from at
lawyer at this point. Then of course I have been in phone conversation
with them and unless they recorded that it should not be used against
me.

On their homepage it says that regarding hospital and home
transportation they will PAY and ARRANGE it and today on the phone I
called (pretending to be a concerned ski-traveller) to ask if there were
any chance I could risk to pay that amount myself after which they
assured me that "if they pay, it means they pay". Well, I'm not sure I
can use that for anything... (I taped the conversation but unfortunately
the dictaphone picked up all the mobile-noise as well so I need someone
to filter out the noise so the conversation is clear... yet another
bad-luck :-))
