[Neos] [ANN] Neos 1.2.8 & 1.1.6 released

Don't know of any changes that could have caused that.
You can see what changed in the changelogs.

What version did you upgrade from? Did you try downgrading again and see if
that worked? Did check if you have updates to any dependent packages?

If you're able to figure out some more details, feel free to report an
issue on jira.typo3.org
