[Neos] [TEAM] Technical discussion next week - Feature set for FLOW 3.0

Hi all,

it's been a while since we had our last "technical discussion meeting" 
(July 2014).

In yesterdays "2015 Kick-Off" we decided that we would like to 
re-establish those technical discussions and the next one will already 
happen next week: http://doodle.com/5d75qq8d5sfib8qe

And it will be a special edition:

The upcoming version of TYPO3 Neos (1.3) will (most probably) be based 
on a new major release of Flow (3.0).
So we should use the meeting to agree on the major feature set of those. 
This means we should especially collect major features and breaking 
changes that should go into Flow 3.0.

I already collected some candidates. Feel free to add your suggestions 
to http://wiki.typo3.org/TYPO3_Neos-DiscussionMeetings > "Important 
changes for Flow 3.0".

IMO we should try to go *as quickly as possible* over each change in 
question. The one that added the topic should be prepared to summarize 
the issue and to tell the status.
I think it would be great if we had a list of "generally accepted" 
changes with priority and a responsible after the meeting.
