[Neos] Howto: Setup a working Neos environment

Hi all

As a Neos starter I had a tough time getting my LAMP environment Neos ready because I noticed the Neos documentation is a bit superficial at this point. To help others getting it up faster, I've written an article about the things you have to keep an eye on and how the settings have to be changed.
