Sorry for posting again.

But i think i found the problem.

Because i tried to change the Packages\Sites\TYPO3.NeosDemoTypo3Org\Configuration\Settings.yaml

and know what?

That change also changes the behaviour of my new created site package.

I have not imported the TYPO3.NeosDemoTypo3Org package as a site (using Add new site button)
but the Package is of course installed and active in the package manager.

Can i change this behaviour? Is this a bug?
