[Neos] [ANN] Neos 1.2.3 & 1.1.3 released

Hi,

Last week we released Neos version 1.2.3 & 1.1.3, both bug fix releases for
the current stable branches.

Both releases include a security fix (severity low) described in
http://typo3.org/teams/security/security-bulletins/typo3-neos/typo3-neos-sa-2015-001/
