[Neos] Faild to install Neos on DirectAdmin VPS

Not sure if this helps : you can set the php path and php ini file in Settings.yaml like this:

TYPO3:
   Flow:
     core:
       phpBinaryPathAndFilename: /usr/bin/php5
       subRequestPhpIniPathAndFilename: '/home/myaccount/php.ini'

I had a number of problems with this when I first set up on a shared server.
