[Neos] Configuration behavior change

Hello

A little FYI: If you experience problems with your configuration suddenly changing after composer update, it’s likely due a change in the Yaml parsing library from Symfony.

They changed it so it uses the first occurrence of a key instead of the key, so if you have duplicate keys it will now use the first instead of the last. This is a bit illogical, but again one should avoid such mess in their configuration.
