[Neos] - Install - Uncaught exception

Hi

Installing Neos 1.2 beta 2 from archive, throws this error:

Uncaught exception #1355480641 in line 250 of /home/www-data/neos/Neos-1.2.0-beta2/Packages/Framework/TYPO3.Flow/Classes/TYPO3/Flow/Core/Booting/Scripts.php: Execution of subprocess failed with exit code 255 without any further output. (Please check your PHP error log for possible Fatal errors)
