[Neos] TypoScript Debugger

Maybe it’s time to add a debug toolbar support in Flow, inspired by the debug toolbar of Symfony ?

I'd love to move this to Flowpack at some point; and of course like to  
collaborate with $whoeverIsInterested in making the debugger output more  
nice and usable :-)
