[Neos] Theme/Template Shop

Hi Jan,
I think you missunderstood me. I don't want to develope a shop for Neos but set up a 3rd party shop where people can sell their templates. Also I'd create a simple plugin for importing them directly from my template shop. Like Magento connect does it or the Marketplace of Concrete5. I'm also not asking for it to be the official shop, don't think they wil laccept.
When I look into Neos, I really see that there is lots of work to do, so I think a shop interface can wait. :)
Don't forget my second question: Can I use typo3 neon in my domain?
