[Neos] layoutPathPattern of contact-form doesn't get rendered

Did you try copying the settings from your packages Settings.yaml to the 
global Settings.yaml for a test. It might be an issue with the Form 
package overriding your Site package's configuration if the dependencies 
are not correct.
