[Neos] Neos 1.2 - Probleme nach Installation

Hallo an alle,
ich habe (eigentlich) erfolgreich die Version 1.2 installiert. Front- und Backend "laufen" soweit. 

Einziges "Problem" ich habe KEINE Configuraton  im Admin-Bereich - aber dafür, bzw. deswegen vermutlich folgende Fehlermeldung:


Settings.TYPO3.Flow.utility.lockStrategyClassName -> This property is not allowed here, check the spelling if you think it belongs here


Nachdem ich was Typo3 angeht noch sehr sehr "neu" bin, würde ich mich hier über eine Hilfestellung freuen - denn ohne Configuration wirds schwierig...
