[Neos] Indentation for lists, paragraphs, etc.

Hello all, this is my first post and I'm brand new to typo3-neos, so forgive my ignorance and if this question has been answered elsewhere - I couldn't find a discussion about it.

I'm wondering if the content editor in typo3-neos allows for indentations to be applied to lists (ol or ul) and paragraphs. Currently I'm working on migrating a 15+ year old website that is very information dense and relies heavily on the use of indented lists to organize info. Based on what I've seen from videos and documentation, I don't know if neos allows for bullets via the content editor, and/or if indentation can be applied to the content within.

Along these lines, I'm wondering if HTML code entered will render once in in-line mode. Or, does this code only display true once a page is published and viewed outside of the content editor.

Any insight will be much appreciated. If my question seems vague or confusing, I can clarify my needs.
