[Neos] NeosDemoTypo3Org multi-column classes

Using the 1.1.0-beta version of Neos, a fresh install with the TYPO3.NeosDemoTypo3Org package.
Logged in as the admin user (but also observed this with a non-admin user).
To the main page added a 2-column content collection, not changing any of the default options, and a text node to each.

I was confused at the column classes being "col-sm-50" rather than the bootstrap "col-sm-6," until I noticed TYPO3.NeosDemoTypo3Org/Configuration/NodeTypes.yaml appears to try to disable the 50-50 (and others) and set the defaultValue to 6-6, but I'm not observing that behavior. The list of entries I see in the Columns Layout menu are 50/50, 75/25, 25/75, 66/33, 33/66, 50/50, 66/33, 33/66 (the last three being the options that use 6-6, 8-4, and 4-8 as desired). Indeed if I select the second 50/50, the expected class col-sm-6 is applied.

Do I need to add or change some configuration to get only the functioning options (the ones from the NeosDemoTypo3Org package) to appear? I'm sure it's something simple, but being I just installed Neos (and apparently also Flow) for the first time, the volumes of documentation serve more to confuse than to inform. :-)

Thanks in advance!
