[Neos] neos bootstrap + extensions

Hi Fedir,

Could you explain a little bit more what exactly you want? Is is do
integrate a site or more how to make a plugin?
Because if download TYPO3 Neos you will get a demo site package which
pretty basic but still shows the concepts. If the case is that you want to
make a plugin, the everything is done in TYPO3 Flow and documentation can
you find here:
