[Neos] [Team] Planning the code sprint in Frankfurt

For all interested in the Neos Code sprint, here is the official wiki 
page [1] which contains all information about the sprint and will be 
updated with anything new. Please read if you want to participate in the 
sprint :)

This is cross posted to flow3.general and the neos list to get most 
visibility.
