[Neos] Closing tag

Hey all,

I was a bit bored so I searched for script to remove the closing tag 
from PHP files. I found one and tweaked it to work on my mac:

I ran it over my packages folder and pushed a few changes... Hope this 
was 15 minutes well spend ;-)
