[Neos] Adding or Moving a Page Doesn't Change Published state

The "Publish/Published" indicator on the top right only shows the state 
of the *current page*. That's why it says "Published" if a page without 
changes is selected.

I also found that a bit misleading at first. Maybe we can rename this to 
"Publish page/Page published". Also an indicator of any unpublished 
changes would be nice.

I'll ask Rasmus about it - he probably already has a plan.
