[Neos] Adding or Moving a Page Doesn't Change Published state

Hi Bastian

Haven't used any patches with git yet have only been using composer to get dev master.

Just tried to use git command to get patch : git fetch git://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.TYPO3CR refs/changes/11/25711/1 && git format-patch -1 --stdout FETCH_HEAD

but I am getting an error 
fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git

May need a bit of help so I can be more useful when you have the time ;)
